Making Desks for the Classrooms
Friends of Toowa Trustee – Bill Pitt is a highly skilled carpenter and in the early days he visited Toowa school to make all the desks. Bill fundraised so that materials can be purchased and then used his skills not just to make the desk but also to show / teach local team, including Elijah how to make the desks .
